Jo’s music blends dynamic rhythms and intense lyrics. With their soulful melodies and singing Jo takes the audience on a journey of emotions and imagery.

 

Jo started singing in their childhood and has continued ever since to make music and share with people their emotions and thoughts through music. During and after their studies in music, Jo has sung at different festivals and stages in Germany and Cyprus, including the CSD in Weimar and in Nicosia. Their career includes performances and concerts with the gospel choir of their hometown, as well as numerous TV performances at THE VOICE OF GERMANY in 2017 and on the National TV Broadcaster in Cyprus.

Recently Jo has released their debut album called „My story“, sharing personal experiences and touching on topics related to societal issues like racism, homophobia and mental health. Jo’s Cypriot roots are engraved on their music, creating a beautiful blend between Cypriot folk and traditional music and acoustic pop.
